AMC Sensory Friendly Films

We’ve been to almost every AMC sensory friendly film since we learned about the program. If you haven’t heard about it, or if you haven’t tried it yet, we encourage you to do so. You’ll be glad you did.

Theater lights are on, the sound is turned down, and no previews or advertisements are shown before the movie starts. You can take your own gluten-free, casein-free snacks.

Following is a list of upcoming movies:

  • Dec 11    The Chronicles of Narnia: The Voyage of the Dawn Treader
  • Jan 8       Gulliver’s
  • Feb 12    Gnomeo & Juliet

AMC sensory films start at 10 a.m. local time and tickets are $4 to $6, depending on location. For more information about this program, please go to http://www.amctheatres.com/SFF/. See also http://www.autism-society.org/site/PageServer?pagename=sensoryfilms.
